Covid-19 August Update - JobKeeper

We are writing to you to stay in touch through these continuing uncertain times and to remind you that if you need assistance we are here to help you.

There have been announcements made especially in regards to JobKeeper and what is expected. We, as your trusted advisor decided to hold off on making an official announcement regarding the proposed changes initially announced regarding eligibility from 28th September 2020. As we have now seen from the initial announcement of JobKeeper to its introduction the nationwide uncertainty led to changes in rules and eligibility regularly and we will continue to monitor the developments and update you when we have more confidence that the eligibility criteria will not change.

What we do know is if you are eligible for JobKeeper currently you will remain eligible up until the Fortnight ending 27th September 2020, providing your monthly declaration is lodged on time each month.

We will provide you all with further information regarding eligibility from 28th September at the beginning of September 2020.
